I am a fifth year medicine student and I do my medical rotations in a second level hospital, in one of the smaller and poorest country in the world. Here the medical practice is a "little bit" different from the United States, France, Germany and any other first-world country. I'm from a place where you don't have top notch technology; so you have to improve your clinical skills to uberhuman levels, besides you can not offer each time the Gold-standard treatments, then the only thing you can do is offer relief and consolation. I decided to describe what I do and what I live, in this manner, I don't will forget the reason why I decided to study medicine and I always keep in mind my medical creed.
